Produced a documentary-style interview featuring a Rehire Program mentor, capturing authentic insights about the challenges individuals face after release and the support provided through the program. Through storytelling, professional production, and strategic editing, the video was designed to humanize the program and demonstrate its real-world impact on participants and the community.
